Assemblies
Assemblies are an important part of school life as they bring the community together. We use assemblies to: share the school values; community news; raise awareness of issues at local; national and international levels. They are a way of cementing the Mellor family together and whilst we are a non-denominational school we do hold assemblies with a Christian theme and share the religious beliefs of other faiths.
Friday assembly is our ‘celebration assembly’ where Headteacher awards are presented to children who have demonstrated our school values.
